The KPS fleet of custom mobile edit units range from our smallest solution, a 32\u2019 double Expando with two or three edit suites, various\u00a0straight trailers, all the way to our most power packed solution a 53\u2019 Expando trailer named Zeus, with multiple\u00a0edit bays, Pro Tools, VO booth, and countless ingest options. Our newest addition to the fleet is a 53′ full expando named Morpheus. This power packed beast, of coarse provides for multiple edit suites but it also houses a power packed IP Based production control room for <\/i><\/span>multi camera<\/i><\/span><\/span>\u00a0webcast productions with NDI technology for remote locations over a single strand of fiber. Each mobile unit is based around a true shared storage solution and an incredibly efficient 40 gig network.\u00a0The edit bays are lighting fast, loaded with software and the latest plug-ins. KPS Mobile Units are equipped with live ingest options and multiple drive based ingest solutions as well as the latest media asset management options, customized for your needs.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/em>At KPS, our live production experience, dictates that we build our mobile edit solutions like live\u00a0mobile units and therefore they are designed with real infrastructure, routers, patch fields and I\/O panels. <\/span><\/span><\/em>Everything comes to patch and the\u00a0back bone of each mobile edit solution is wired in to and around actual production routers with\u00a0multiple display, monitoring and QC options.\u00a0Each mobile edit trailer will travel with a seasoned EIC and possibly an optional media asset\u00a0management specialist if you require one.<\/span><\/span><\/em><\/span><\/h4>\n

At KPS we are used to interfacing with EVS networks, travel our own external RAIDS, for EVS interface and even have\u00a0purchased and implemented optional EVS IP Director for those clients who are more familiar with\u00a0this format and want to walk away with everything on their own drives.\u00a0Whether you need to transfer cards from EFP crews, ingest a clean and dirty with 16 channels of\u00a0embedded audio or have a multitude of ISO\u2019s you need to capture live with matching time code, maybe even sync’d up with multitrack such as pro tools? Each\u00a0KPS mobile edit solution will arrive better\u00a0<\/i><\/span>equipped<\/span>\u00a0than any mobile edit you have experienced.
