Our newest addition to the fleet is a 53′ full expando named Morpheus. This power packed beast, of coarse provides for multiple edit suites but it also houses a power packed IP Based production control room for multi camera webcast productions with NDI technology for remote locations over a single strand of fiber. Each mobile unit is based around a true shared storage solution and an incredibly efficient 40 gig network. The edit bays are lighting fast, loaded with software and the latest plug-ins. KPS Mobile Units are equipped with live ingest options and multiple drive based ingest solutions as well as the latest media asset management options, customized for your needs. At KPS, our live production experience, dictates that we build our mobile edit solutions like live mobile units and therefore they are designed with real infrastructure, routers, patch fields and I/O panels. Everything comes to patch and the back bone of each mobile edit solution is wired in to and around actual production routers with multiple display, monitoring and QC options. Each mobile edit trailer will travel with a seasoned EIC and possibly an optional media asset management specialist if you require one.
