Bill Kavis – Founder, President and CEO of Kavis Production Services, Inc provides KPS with over 35 years of broadcast video & film experience. A rare blend of Creative and Technical expertise has made him and his organization invaluable to Networks, Producers and Production companies alike. Specializing in Multi-camera, Live Remotes, his expertise extends beyond stadiums and studios to remote locations… aerial to underwater and all points in between. Mr. Kavis is known as a Technical Producer, Tech Manager, Broadcast Systems Engineer, Systems Design Consultant. He has also designed and implemented custom workflows and is skilled in media asset management.

Diane Lynn Kavis, Vice President & CFO, provides KPS with the foundation and stability that allows us to operate efficiently on multiple projects in various locations. Not only a skilled Business Manager and Bookkeeper, she is a master of Production Management and Logistical Coordination, with over 28 years in the industry. Whether she’s booking crew and travel, renting facilities, purchasing satellite times, or running a multiplication production, Diane is the right person to handle any high end event or production.

Anthony literally grew up in TV Production. From an early age his affinity for the electronic medium was apparent. From setting up remote fly-packs to engineering production trucks to operating the first true non linear mobile edit trailer in the country, Anthony is on the cutting edge of mobile edit resources and shared storage solutions. He has also been the focal point of several MAM initiatives for KPS clients and holds many certifications for training from Engineering, to IT, as well as, Cloud infrastructure and MAM related applications

Marian Hess provides experience, leadership and an acute accounting skillset to the KPS management team. Marion has over 45 years of business experience and a wealth of management expertise. Marian easily handles all of the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable at KPS as well as a multitude of other daily tasks.

With countess hours and hundreds of thousands of miles under his belt, nobody is more trusted to move KPS resources than Paul Shannon. More than just a valuable transportaion expert, Paul “the chairman” Shannon manages and maintains the KPS fleet, plans and schedules runs and once on site also can provide additional engineering support or fill in as a fiber tech.
